| 1. Starting out in Mile End Park and heading north up the Regents Canal - turning right just before Victoria Park. Follow this section of the canal North/North East passing through the Marshes towards Stamford Hill, crossing the river at Springfield Park. Now the return journey, which is mainly on the road, and mostly down hill. Weaving in and out of estates you will come to Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park which is incredible in the summer. Then once past the park you can pop in to the Wentworth Arms Pub for refreshments. |
