At Cowley you come off the canal and join the Iver Lane (B470) for a short distance before coming off down Palmer's Lane, which is surrounded in fields. Cross over the M25 on the small bridge and then turn right on to a small winding road with a river and lovely houses. Follow the trail through the trees to bring you out onto Bangor’s Road South, where you turn right.
