| 1. Initially head towards Cardiff on NCN Route 4, via the Lighthouse Road, B4239.
Atlantic Wharf to Cardiff Bay to pick up the Taff Trail to Nantgarw. Then pick up Route 4 again through Caerphilly back to Newport. The last 10 miles has a few steep hills. Lots of interesting things to see on route |
