| 1. Strenuous hilly, near mountainous loop on b roads, climbing to altitudes of around 400/450 metres or so with fantastic views across to the Berwyn mountain range on one side and the Cheshire and Shropshire plains on the other. Reasonably quiet roads and in the most a good smooth surface make for a nice training ride of around 1hr 15mins - 1 hr 30 mins. | |
