1. This is a hill challeng, road route, mainly on country roads, that is very difficult to complete in under 2 hours. It has a a total of 9 hills, some of which are about 2 miles long, but really helps you stretch the legs in the great outdoors. Although some parts of the route do go down busy roads, this is never for more than a kilometre, and most do have cycle paths if necessary.
Please tell me how you get on, because at the moment I don't know how difficult this course really is. Its the only one I have ever done, and it seemed to be quite challenging. |
