| 1. This is a relatively flat, road route, mainly on country roads, but with small sections of A and b roads, that has intermittent short sharp climbs around Donington and Thoresway/Rothwell. It has relatively low traffic levels and would be good for someone starting to increase mileage, but looking for a route that is not too taxing.
Although the route starts on the A18, it very quickly goes off onto country roads. It then starts a loop by heading towards Swallow Vale. |
