| 1. Starting From The Alan Ramsay Hotel head south down the A702 towards West Linton.
This is a busy stretch of road with loads of HGVs care must be taken. Head Left at the roundabout towards Robinsland.
At the bottom of the short snaking steep downhill stretch turn left on Deanfoot Road. Continue North on Deanfoot road towards Penicuik this road starts with a reasonable short climb a long flat stretch and then head downhill into Penicuik.
Travel through Pencuik high street then turn left onto carlops road. Continue on Carlops Road back onto the A702. Once on the A702 head south again back into Carlops. |
