| 1. A nice fast route to get some miles under your belt. Includes lots of small hills and some very good views across some great open fields.
Very quite in terms of traffic for such a main road.
After reaching stockbridge be sure to take the first exit off the roundabout then take the right onto the byway instead of making the climb infront of you. |

Add an extra mile or two by heading on into Romsey instead of following on Sandy lane. Harold Hillier gardens in a nice stop off on Sandy Lane. Can also add a trip to Winchester Cathedral if you wish.
