| 1. Start at the Punchbowl,Laporth on the corner of Rising Lane and Chessetts Wood Road. Head west along Rising Lane to the end of the lane and bear left going up to the B4439 Old Warwick Road. Turn left and then take the first right off the Old Warwick Road in to Lapworth Street.
Follow Lapworth St all the way down a long descent which goes over the M40 and past the Fleur de Lys public house on the left in to Lowsonford. At the end of Lapworth St go left in to Narrow Lane. Follow Narrow Lane which climbs uphill all the way to the end at a T junction.
Turn left towards Shrewley and past the Durham Ox pub.Over the train track towards Shrewley village. Continue up to the B4439 Old Warwick Road and cross over in to Five Ways Road.After about half a mile take a left at Windmill House Farm (large yellow sign) in to Quarry Lane.
Follow quarry lane all the way past Hay Wood (on the right)and up to Rising lane where you turn left towards Baddesley Clinton. Continue up Rising lane back to The Punchbowl. |
