| 1. I look for hills to climb and long roads to build up a healthy pace where I can, I do this route 3 - 4 times a week, there are some excellent hills that leave me wondering why oh why did I choose to go up this? The one prior to entering Theydon Bois is a bit of a stretch but the ride on the other side is defiantly worth the struggle. There are plenty of pubs along the way if you need to make a pit stop but I don't ad the route takes me couple of hours to complete. | |
