| 1. This is a lovely mainly country lane circuit but is deceptive as it incorporates some long hill climbs, in particular the initial ascent from the B3090 at oldford up Frome Road into Beckington was a challenge climbing some 45 metres above the B3090. The short stretch of the A36 does have a slight incline and I would not recommend this road for young cyclists due to the heavy traffic encountered. | |
