| 1. Cycle along Redlands Road past Cosmeston Lakes country park and then up the gentle hill through to Sully.
At the roundabout bear left and continue to the next roundabout, which you go straight across. At the next roundabout turn right and follow the road past the end of the Barry Docks basin.
Turn right at the T junction and go straight across the roundabout past Dow Corning and then right at the next roundabout. Bear left at the next roundabout then take the first left. Up another small hill then turn left at the next T junction. Take care on the next section as the roads are narrow and twisty - cars often travel too quickly here but you can hear them coming.
Follow the lane all the way to the end before turning right onto Redlands road to take you back to the start. |
