| 1. A commute I do 3-4 times a week to work. Usually takes around 1hour 40mins on average. No real difficulty, quite a good ride along the Grand Union Canal from Brentford to Uxbridge. Like any route there are some suspect parts i.e Smelly Canal Bridges, but mostly peaceful quite route with a few dog walkers and school runs. | |

| Couple of cycle shops in Clapham, Putney and Mortlake but none along the canal, so go prepared (pump, spare tube, tolls, patches etc.)
There is an over ground station in West Drayton so if you get stuck you can get the overground to Euston around 30mins. |
