| 1. A circular route from the city centre through some of the nicest country roads, avoiding the main A6. Goes alongside the arboretum and the airfield and then cross country to Great Glen, and Wistow then Wigston. I think there would be a way of linking up with the canal at Kilby Bridge. |

Wistow Garden Centre very nice for a cup of tea. At the beginning of the route the farm shop at Stoughton just before the aerodrome.
