| 1. From Bridge of Weir follow the A8 through Greenock, head over the Old Largs Road (look out for oncoming traffic!), head through Largs for the infamous "Heely Brae", after slogging up the hill things get easier. Head through Kilbirnie and on toward Lochwinnoch, picking up the cycle path and on toward Kilbarchan. A downhill run into Bridge of Weir is a welcome end to this 3 hour slog. | |
