| 1. A flat run out of cheshire into staffordshire taking on some really good climbs. Most notable, Mow cop for its sheer steepness and the climb up to Gunn Hill from Leek followed by Gunn Hill itself. This is proper fitness route! Make sure you have all the spares you might need and plenty of energy gel etc. I would ride this with others too, not on your own. | |

| There is a decent bike shop in Congleton on the A34 at the top of Rood Hill. There are plenty of pubs on route too if you need a drink or bite to eat. |
