| 1. From Levens Hall cycle to Levens Village and then on towards Brigsteer. At the bottom of the hill leading out of the village, turn left and cycle west towards the other side of the valley and then head north towards Crosthwaite. When you get to a particularly undulating piece of road keep an eye out for a sign to turn left towards Witherslack. Once you have turned left keep heading south towards Witherslack. Once you get to the village turn left at the Derby Arms pub and cycle along a B road that runs adjacent to the A590 towards the Gilpin Bridge pub. From the pub keep on cycling adjacent to the dual carriageway towards Levens village and then head back down to Levens Hall. |
