Cycle Steps |
1. Route starts off easy riding along the coast line, but gets gradually more difficult leaving tarmac path and roads at Shoreham and heading along the river Adur on a gravel path. It gets even more difficult when a National Trail - South Downs Way is reached. Path there is not maintained much as it's only a dirt trail through grass covered hills. Some steep uphill climbing is involved that may be quite exhausting to unexperianced cyclists. The scenery is breathtaking though and well worth the effort. Last part of route is through public roads in Lancing and Worthing. Easy finish after all hill climbing. |
