| 1. A steady ride from Hinckley Road out to Anstey via the Ring Road. Turn right at the Anstey round-a-about and head for Cropston. The major test for me is Warren lane that climbs up to Old John and whilst not that long (maybe about 750m) it is pretty steep and tries to burst my lungs. At the top of Warren Lane turn right for Shepshed and round Beacon Hill then back to Leicester through Woodhouse Eaves, Swithland, Rothley and Birstall. | |
