| 1. Start up the hill out of Ellon then up and down a few hills until you hit the Pitmedden crossroad. straight over the crossroad down a slight hill then up another before hitting a freshly tarmac road leading to the Udny station crossroads, turn right and follow a fairly flat section until just short of Udny Station where you turn right and head up a slight hill before descending toward the old railway line. the road follows the old railway line for a short distance before bearing left and moving off towards the next T junction where you take another right. go over the railway again before taking the next left. follow this road until you get to the main Pittmeden/Ellon road where you turn right to ride up the last major hill until you descend back into Ellon. Sorry its not the best description, but its my first and hopefully will get better from here…. |
