| 1. From Worksop use national route 6 into and through Clumber Park. Then on to Sherwood Forest, Can stop at visitor centre for a break/coffee . Then on road through Edwinstowe and to Ollerton.Off road path alongside River Meden back to Clumber Park through Hardwick Village ( can stop at coffe shack by lake ) then forest paths back to worksop. Large loop 25.5 miles approx 2.5 to 3 hours with a stop. Av 10 mph , 1000 cal burned . Mainly off road so Hybrid or MTB reqd. | |
