| 1. From Tombland follow Cycle Route 1 via Princes Street, St Georges Street, Colegate, Oak Street, New Mills Yard, Marriott's Way to Marl Pit Lane, turn left onto Marl Pit Lane and follow across Dereham Road onto Larkman Lane, follow to the end and turn right onto Earlham Green Lane, merge onto cycle path which follows Bowthorpe Hall Road to Chapel Break Road, turn right onto Chapel Break Road and follow to New Road, turn right into New Road and follow under A47 and into Bawburgh, turn right and follow Hart's Lane, turn left at end and follow same road through Marlingford, Barford, Barnham Broom and Brandon Parva to a junction where you fork left into Candlestick Lane and follow across School Lane into Flood Lane, follow Flood Lane across Mattishall Road to the end and turn left into Garvestone Road and next right into lane, follow through Brakefield Green after which it is known as Stone Road, follow to the end where it meets Norwich Road at Yaxham, bear left and follow Norwich Road through village where after Whinburgh Road it becomes B.1135, follow B.1135 to roundabout junction with A.47, take first exit and follow under A.47 and over Mid-Norfolk Railway level crossing, keep following taking first exit at next two roundabouts and second exit at the third roundabout where road bears right into the High Street which leads into the market place. |
