| 1. A looping undulating route with good downhill stretches. Follows the national cycle route out for part of the way and then picks it up on the way back. Plenty of options on eating and drinking at pubs along the way especially Emily's tea room at Whitwell, pub Rabley Heath, Preston etc. Follows quiet country roads for most of the route. This route is quite hilly but nothing too taxing. There is one section from Langley back to St Paul's Walden where it is main road with fast cars. | |
