| 1. A466 south to Redbrook. Left up the hill to Newland and Clearwell, right and past the castle and then right again to find the downhill to Bigsweir. Over Bigsweir Bridge and then in Llandogo take the Trelleck road uphill just after the SPAR shop. After a sweeping right hand bend. left at a T-juction down the hill to Tintern. Sharp left at the bottom and follow the A466 all the way back to Monmouth. |

Not really, just a lot of nice scenery. Route passes the SPAR in Llandogo twice and there is a pub there, plus one at the the shop turn in Tintern.
