| This is a flat, road route, mainly on A and B roads, that is quite a pleasant ride for a family, when the weather is nice. The route also takes you through the centre of Havent, where you will find many shops. |

| You may like to use the Hayling Billy cycle path for part of the route. This is the route of the old railway which went from Havant to South Hayling and which was scrapped during the Beeching cuts. It can be accessed beside the Arts Centre in Havant and follows the western edge of the island ending up almost on the seafront near Ferry Road. | ||
