This is a very scenic route through very nice countryside, it is mostly flat with a couple of long very gradual small climbs (nothing to worry about) - the headwind on the way back from the boatyard is rather firece but even this is forgotten about with the vista! When you get to the boatyard take five to have a look at some of the large boats with large price tags!
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
There are some very nice pubs on the way and some just out of the way and worthy of some exploring! The Garrison arms at the start, the Shepherd and Dog and the Creek sea ferry inn are worthy of a mention of food and welcome - no bike shop en route |
