Found this route the other day and, as Thame based, gave it a try. 40:60 split of hills and generally level. We did it sort of flat out, as bike race/triathlon training. B roads or quieter, so fairly safe. Hills at the end provide a good challenge. Loved it. Some fantastic downhill sections and steep hills of just the right distance to stop you getting too puffed out. Nice one B Longley. Not trying to compete against the ride times, we managed it in 2 hours and still some life in the legs for a run. | ||
