The route takes you through Levens and towards Brigsteer. At Brigsteer you cross the Lyth Valley and turn north towards Crosthwaite. The road suddenly starts to undulate a little and you then turn left to head south (signposted Witherslack). Continue to head south and turn left at Witherslack (Derby Arms pub) and follow the road parallel to the A590 heading back towards Levens. To avoid the dual carriageway there is small road running up to Levens from the Dobsons Jaguar garage. From Levens head down the hill towards Levens Hall. | |
