| Simply follow the footpath and natural features. You will pass many stile's which is a pain, and the route runs along side a river for the first mile or so. Once at the end of the path, you will approach a fire road. Follow this until you come across a water cress garden. The path with begin to pitch up and become slightly more technical, however is not a problem for anyone with treaded tyres! you will then come across the mill. At this point, cross the road and begin a decent which if you dare to pedal, is a painful one! From then on, follow the path until you reach Latimer road. Follow this in the directions of Chorleywood until you reach Chenies road. Take this in the direction of Rickmansworth until you return to Chorleywood parish council. Follow it down to the football pitches where you began! | |
