| Nice steady route easy enough for all to have a go | ||

| Good run but disappointed by the particularly uneven sections around 1 mile north of Riccall, where tree roots across the track create a very uncomfortable part, particularly if unable to lift oneself above the saddle, due to knee replacement! | ||
