A good training route with a couple of mega hills but some pretty lanes off the main roads. There is a cycle path alongside the A229 (top of Bluebell hill) that avoids the really bad traffic
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
The Friary in Aylesford has a great cafe and you can visit the Neolithic burial chamber at Little Kit's Coty |

We live in Aylesford and don't like the cafe at the Friars at all. A far far better place to eat or have a cuppa is in Aylesford High Street at Bentleys. Leaving the bikes is difficult though.
