| Starts out well, really nice ride until you join the A2. The A2 is diabolical, road surface in terrible condition. Also heavy traffic although there are sections of cycle track alongside in the Medway area. Journey not helped by riding west into a fairly strong sw wind. | |

| I used this cycle route as the base for a trip from Willesden to Margate. I tried to avoid the A2, the other options were badly signed and poor surfaces - also I had a westerley behind me! Bernie | ||
